What is India?
The manhole?

Or the act of a person working in the manhole?
"What is India?" is way too complicated a question for me to answer here. But in the context of this post: India is a place where a person does this for a living without any safety equipment; a place where people know about it but seldom acknowledge it; a place where nobody seems to give a shit about this.
Maybe the last bit was a little too harsh... or was it?
