Why should hospitals be unlike any other commercial unit in accepting credit cards?

Anyway, in the US, I think everyone pays for medical expenses by insurance. So, the question is not applicable :D

hi EV

thanks for your comments in my blog with the highlight of "Economist" correction.

In Singapore, the hospitals do accept Credit Cards, in addition to the online NETS cards (Which deducts from your SB account instantly)

Why suddenly, this query?

Dude, how can you just wake up one day and think of this question and even put it on your blog?! Just let the readers know explicitly next time you put up a question just for the heck of it :D

Hehe! Well, that you would wonder why I asked this question was one good reason for me to ask it in the first place! :)
