But office ppl do it without it being enforced upon them...guess it's all about your age when you go to college (growing up, adolescence and stuf)...u tend to break free, be rebellious, etc etc

Its part of their employment contract da. Can it be any more enforceable?
who reads employment contracts except for the offered compensation? at least I dont...and until u told me, i was not aware there was something like this in the contract :)
